Everything. Over the last 10 or so years I have visited at least 5 times and it never fails to disappoint. The hotel has received an upgrade since I last came and it’s the same feel, but newer and it’s great! The bedroom was wonderful, and we had a duel aspect room. The best room I’ve had an appreciated as I brought my partner here for the first time for her birthday. We brought our dog with us. Yes there’s a charge of £30, but they provided us with dog bed and bowls and he was very happy. I love that there’s no ‘dog rooms’ either. We ate in the restaurant as it was late when we arrived and the food was expensive but lovely and weren’t in the mood to go out and find something. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Another thing I love is the pool, and the fact that the hotel doesn’t charge residents for use - something which it seems is becoming more regular. Please don’t ever change this.

The hotel is amazing with excellent customer service was greted by nikki who was absolutely lovely and got us checked in quite quickly whilst explaining how to access the facilities the room was spacious with a beautiful view over the bay throughout the stay when passing reception nikki would check in with us with friendly greetings making sure that everything was enjoyable with our stay. Moving onto breakfast there is a delicious spread for breakfast from hot and cold items and Meg one of the waiters in the restaurant area was absolutely amazing very friendly and funny and brighten our mornings a great start thr the day. The spa area was also clean and very accessible with a nice temperature for the pool and a lovely hot temperature for the hydro pool fair to say we are already in the process of booking our next stay (even if we have just checked out)

Our room was newly refurbished. It was warm and clean. There was amazing view on Cardiff Bay from the window and balcony. The breakfast was fabulous. SPA in the hotel is great. It can get bit overcrowded between 16.00 and 18.00. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Richard Enticott, Guest Services Manager, for his excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve problems in a very efficient and customer friendly manner. I would like to express my gratitude to the masseuses Kanchan and Marzena from the hotel SPA. They are gorgeous! I recommend it to anyone who suffers from back pain. They know what they're doing!

It's our favourite hotel in the world,and that's saying something because we are world travellers ! We always manage to find a good deal...the rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking the Bay.The decor is a perfect blend of contemporary, up to date luxury, but at the same time they are cosy,homely and welcoming. The beds are so comfy that it's a huge effort getting up to enjoy the delicious and plentiful breakfast. So many plant- based options to choose from,we always leave feeling full up and well and truly rested,particularly as we always spend a relaxing afternoon in the lovely spa.

Staff were (mostly) attentive and accommodating as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The facilities were amazing, room was fully stocked and comfortable. Breakfast was superb. The gym and spa facilities were good. The location is central and the views are amazing
